Echolink / IRLP

Echolink# 360571 IRLP Node# 3994

Node 3994 Current Status

The CARLA repeater system, its Echolink node, and its IRLP node, are open to all licensed amateurs.

Connecting to CARLA:

You can access the CARLA repeater system via Echolink or IRLP by using the node numbers listed above. When you connect this way you'll be connected to the entire CARLA system. Tip: Be sure to wait one full second after keying your mic before speaking!

Note: If you're new to the CARLA system you may want to first go to http://www.carlaradio.net and see what you're about to connect to. We are an open repeater system covering most of Northern California and Western Nevada so feel free to connect but check us out first.

Connecting from CARLA:

We do have preaccess codes for using Echolink or IRLP on our system to access other nodes. If you wish to use the CARLA system to connect to other nodes via Echolink or IRLP please ask a control op and we'll be happy to connect for you. Echolink or IRLP can be accessed from any linked repeater in the CARLA system.

EchoIRLP Operating Guidelines:

If you're fairly new to Echolink or IRLP, please take a few minutes and read the operating guidelines on the IRLP website. There is some good information here on EchoIRLP usage.
