The carlaradio.net website gets a new look!
The CARLA website team has been busy upgrading the look of the website and also adding more content. If you're a frequent visitor to the site or a first time visitor, you'll find it much easier to find the info you're looking for starting with the improved front page. Some of the enhancements that you'll find include:

Our Logo
In the upper left corner sits our new logo on a yellow background. This logo as well as the buttons below it will follow you to the different pages. Clicking on the logo will always bring you back to the main "Information Center" page.
The Buttons
Down the left column are the "Hot Info" buttons. these buttons will also follow you to the different pages so that important stuff like repeater info lists and contact info are always just one click away.
Information Center
As the CARLA repeater system has grown over the last few years, we realized a need to make a lot more information available on the website and accessible via the front page within an organized but limited space. We created the "Information Center" section which contains links to the many different pages of info.
Where, Who, & Why
The Where We Are, Who We Are, and Why We Are sections are designed to provide basic information regarding CARLA. The Where We Are section has information about the Carla repeaters; their locations, freqs, PLs, and coverage areas. The Who We Are section has information about who CARLA is and its principal founders. The Why We Are section has information about why we decided to form CARLA and its community emcomm preparedness involvement.
News & Events
The sections called News & Events I and News & Events II are "billboards" for new things happening within CARLA that you'll want to know about. Whenever there's new news or new events, you'll find information on them here.
QRZ Callsign Lookups
For easy access to callsigns, we've put a callsign lookup box on the main page. This puts lookups right at your fingertips. If you hear a new call on the CARLA system or coming in via EchoIRLP while using the website, you can look it up right away. Thanks to Fred Lloyd, an old Sun alumni, for its use.
...And New Content!
You'll still find most of the old favorite pages that you've seen before but now we have pages of info on EchoIRLP, printable PL lists, coverage maps, and much more. So look around!
