Contact a Control Operator
Attention: Use of the Contact a Control Operator Form

This form is made available to our users to assist in contacting a control operator, if you have been unable to raise one over the air. A page will be sent to the C.A.R.L.A. control ops between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm daily. If it is outside of those hours, you may use the Routine contact form, above, or try contacting a control op again during those hours.

Primarily this exists to obtain assistance with making outbound connections (such as IRLP/EchoLink or to another system). If you need to report a problem, please use the Report a Problem contact form, below.

Report a Problem

This form is made available to our users to allow them to report a problem on the C.A.R.L.A. network to the technical folks. Before proceeding, check the Latest Alerts section on the front page to see if we're already aware of the problem. If it does not appear that we are, and you cannot raise a control op on the air (or are unable to do so due to system failure), please continue.
