Carla 10 Main TX is OOS

The main repeater TX at 10 in the Santa Cruz Hills has been turned off due to
indications of a high swr. The main RX and link are working but you won’t hear
anything coming back to you when you unkey.
A recon will be scheduled when possible. No ETR as of yet.
