Carla 32 (Pacifica) is now at full power

The main repeater TX at site 32 has been repaired and is now back at full power. The P.A. has been replaced.
The coupling capacitors on the original PA had unsoldered themselves due to excessive heat/cold cycles so
the original P.A. was only putting out 1.5 watts.
Also, the main antenna was found to be compromised and was recently replaced.
