CARLA 23 (Reno/Tahoe) Link OOS

The link path to/from CARLA 23 (Reno/Tahoe) is severely degraded and will be shut off until an assessment and subsequent repairs can be effected. We suspect heavy ice/snow loading and winds may have caused a problem with the link antenna. Local operation remains in effect.
CARLA 21 (Reno) is currently still off the air.
The only (linked) system that will cover parts of Reno is CARLA 24 (Carson City).
CARLA 8 (Lake Tahoe/Meyers) is still up and will cover the Tahoe basin and is also currently acting as the back-up link site to the Nevada hub.
