CARLA 32 back on commercial power

CARLA 32, Pacifica; Commercial power has been restored and is back on-line. Actually, the power
was restored a couple of days ago but the power supply was still OOS and reporting on battery
back-up power.
The San Mateo Coast RRFT responded to the site today and put in a temporary p.s. in place of
the damaged one. Luckily, the new battery charger (which was also replaced after the last power
outage) was still running and keeping the batteries charged. Otherwise, we would have probably
lost battery reserves within another day or so.
We are still actively working on finishing the design and procuring a new solar system for the
site which we hope to have installed sometime in the next few weeks.
